We are able to strike more competitive arrangements with landowners as we share the financial burden of the application between ourselves. We are all remunerated on success and not total hours billed. If we agree to be involved in your land then we will all be pretty confident of success !
The success and failure of planning usually comes down to the quality of the submission. Applications often fail due to the weakest link. We have therefore created a team that are all considered to be at the top of their individual fields. We are also passionate about implementing modern methods of construction ( MMC) and creating schemes that are carbon neutral and look great.
We believe the desire from the Labour government to build more houses will create greater opportunities going forward. The Planning Cooperative has been set up to take advantage of these changes in a collaborative and equitable way.
